Refund Policy

When you pick up your order, you will be asked to put your products in your own bags and containers. Please use this time to check your order carefully and make sure you have all items including those from the freezer. This would be the time to address any concerns about product quality or condition with the online market manager.  Any products that are presented in unsatisfactory condition or unexpectedly unavailable will either be replaced on site or applied as a market credit to your online account. 

All online orders will be charged no later than 10am Wednesday morning.  Refunds will not be issued, even if you forget an item at the pick-up site or forget to pick-up your order entirely.
